Upon requesting an appointment for dental services at Rouse Hill Smiles we kindly ask that you acknowledge the following Terms and Conditions:
- Some offers are only available to new patients. See special offers page or call practice for more information.
- Please provide 24 hours’ notice or more if you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
- No-GAP offer: Patient must have a health-fund. Patient must have ancillary or extras cover with their health-fund. Patient must not have used allowance for health-fund.
- Teeth whitening may not be suitable for all patients. Results vary.
- No-GAP CT Scan offer: Depends on patients health fund. Extras cover, and limits available. Contact your health fund to check if you have dental extras cover and still within your limits.
